SHOPPING

How Do I Determine if a Costume is the Correct Size?
The costume measurements are listed on the product page.  They are the the actual measurements of the costume in inches. Please allow room for movement. If in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size.

How Do I Know if an Item is In Stock?
If you can add the product to your cart it is in stock and ready to ship.

If An Item Is Out Of Stock, When Will It Be Back In Stock?
When an item is out of stock, we are unable to give a specific date on when that item will be available.  However, you can be notified by e-mail as soon as the item is back in stock by providing your e-mail address into the "Coming Soon" box on the Product Page.

Can I Get A Catalog?
FlintstoneCostumes.com has decided to Go Green and help our environment and therefore will not be producing a catalog. We apologize for any inconvenience, but hope you’ll use our navigation or search tool to browse our wide variety of products.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
Estimated delivery dates are listed with the shipping options in the shopping cart.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 200 countries. To see our list of countries you can add your item(s) to the shopping cart and then select your country under shipping information. International shipments are sent via Global Express through the U.S. Postal Service, delivery time normally takes 5-10 business days. Flintstone Costumes.com is not responsible for packages delayed by customs.

Duties and Taxes:
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are responsible for any taxes and duties imposed on your package. If for some reason your package is released to you without payment for the custom/duty charges and your custom charges are billed back to us, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.

By accepting your package(s), you are giving us the right to charge your credit card for any taxes and duties imposed by your government.

Do You Ship to Military Addresses?
Yes. All orders will be shipped through the US Post Office. Delivery times will vary based on the final military destination.

Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the order process will be subject to an additional $12 charge if the address must be changed by the carrier in order for the package to be deliverable.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express or Purchase Orders. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

Do You Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, Schools and Non-Profit organizations in the United States may fax in purchase orders with the information below to 507-386-0517. Please call to verify that we received your fax.

- Quantities of each item
- Preferred shipping method

To get the correct total add all the items to the shopping cart and enter your state and zip code to get your shipping rate. Then print out that page and mail or fax it to us with your payment and the required information above.

How Do I Return My Order?
We offer many products, most of which can be returned within 14 days from your Order Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges.

1. Read the 
Return Policy to see if your return is eligible.
2. Print and fill out the

3. Include the form in the package with your items and mail it to:

NOTE: Orders placed between October 10th and November 1st are not eligible for a return.

Can I Exchange the item(s) I ordered?
Yes.  To exchange an item follow the steps below.

1. Place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) of equal or greater value and return the item(s) you have already received.  This is to ensure the desired item(s) are in stock by the time we receive your return.

2. Return the item(s) you no longer need by following our
Return Policy.
